Sam originally hails from the eastern suburbs of Melbourne however completed his secondary education overseas in London, U.K. Returning to Melbourne to complete a Commerce degree, however completing further study overseas, Sam has been inspired by the range of people he has met and worked with whilst travelling. Sam worked for a short period in financial markets however is completing the transition to a career as a pilot with an Australian airline. He is a passionate member of whichever local community he finds himself in and served on the leadership team of a Melbourne-based pro-bono consulting group working with the NFP sector. Sam has a particular passion for mental health advocacy and connecting all community members regardless of age and circumstance. Outside of work, Sam enjoys volunteering, travel and following any sport in which Australia is competing!
